Cisse moved to Loftus Road last year from Lazio but he has failed to cement a regular spot in the first team. With Loic Remy now at the club, Redknapp is willing to let the former Liverpool player move on.
Redknapp is keen to make changes in the current transfer window as he attempts to keep the club in the top flight.
Cisse has made 21 appearances for the west London team and netted four goals since his arrival.
